The new Anvil Centre in downtown New Westminster officially opened its doors on September 14, 2014. More than just a conference centre, Anvil Centre will host community-based arts, dance, and heritage events, and houses the New Westminster New Media Gallery, New Westminster Museum & Archives, and the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame.
