The oddest thing about the Holy Rosary site is that there is/was an indoor swimming behind the rectory. The entrance is/was off Richards.
Interesting. Is/was it open to the public?
It was run by the Catholic Youth Organization and it was at least partially open to the public. We used it when we were taking Scuba lessons in high school. I’ll have to look to see if it’s still there next time I go downtown.
We certainly never had anything as interesting as scuba lessons at my high school, Dennis!
Not bad for an inner-city public school. 😉
